EUGENE R. RICHARD
EUGENE R. RICHARD is a partner of the firm and an honors graduate of both Yale University and Boston College Law School. A member of the bars of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Courts of Appeal for the First and Ninth Circuits, and the US Supreme Court, Mr. Richard has handled and tried court cases, administrative proceedings, arbitrations and appeals in numerous state and federal courts and agencies. Mr. Richard counsels clients regarding a wide range of business issues, including liquor licensing and regulatory compliance, contract negotiation and enforcement, employment and labor, and entity formation and transactions. Typical clients include restaurants, hotels, package stores and wholesalers, and construction contractors and suppliers. Reported cases include: Massachusetts Food Ass’n v. Mr. Richard has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in the field of business law since 2004, on a list that recognizes the top five percent of attorneys in Massachusetts, and is peer review rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell.
