DANIEL P. SENCABAUGH, managing attorney of the firm, is a graduate of Tufts University (B.A. 2003) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 2007). A member of the bars of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Mr. Sencabaugh’s practice focuses on civil litigation, construction law and real estate (including planning, conservation, licensing and zoning). He frequently represents both corporate and individual clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and before administrative agencies. Representative clients include general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners and developers on public and private construction projects, as well as hospitality and retail industry entities.

Mr. Sencabaugh is often featured in Boston Magazine as a Top Lawyer in the field of construction law.

Mr. Sencabaugh is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Tufts Lawyers Association. He has served on the City of Peabody Zoning Board of Appeals and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker. An avid Boston sports fan, he enjoys golf and summer vacations with his wife, three children and extended family in Maine.
