NEIL A. MOONEY is of counsel to the firm. His clients include local businesses, large corporations, and individuals. His areas of concentration include commercial law and litigation, local licensing and permitting, land use and zoning, business contracts (including lease and credit agreements), business transactions, and employment law. He holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School, an M.B.A. (with honors) from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, and a B.A. from Harvard University. He has provided legal and strategic guidance for high tech startups and has also worked as a financial analyst supporting new product development for a Fortune 500 corporation. Mr. Mooney served in the Massachusetts State Police for over seven years, including four years as a detective investigating financial crimes for the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Mooney has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1994.
